Kosli is a DevOps compliance automation platform designed for software engineers working in highly regulated industries like finance. It helps organisations ship software faster while remaining compliant by automating traditionally manual change management processes. “We provide a system of record for everything developers do during software delivery,” says Bruce Johnston, Director of Marketing at Kosli. “That lets our customers move fast without sacrificing compliance or risking costly errors.”

The Need

As Kosli grew from pre-seed to Series A, Bruce Johnston had to build a scalable go-to-market motion. Early bottom-up efforts targeting developers quickly hit a wall. “We realised pretty early that a purely bottom-up approach wasn’t going to work,” Bruce says. “Our product is too complex and too enterprise for that.”

Kosli needed to engage senior engineering leaders at large, regulated companies - something their lean GTM team couldn’t sustain alone. “We didn’t have the bandwidth for consistent outbound,” Bruce explains. “And even when we did, you need SDRs who understand the space. You can’t fake it.”
